“Jupe” means “skirt” in French. The homeowner is a fashion designer whose spatial needs go beyond functionality, seeking to create a warm and gentle atmosphere. Considering the homeowner's keen aesthetic sensibility, the design concept centers on elegant living, seamlessly integrating the multiple demands of residential and workspace functionality.
Inspired by the theme of “flowing fabric,” the design merges the movement of light with the continuity of space, crafting a richly layered and highly artistic living environment. The spiral staircase serves as the core of the space, with its graceful curves resembling draped fabric. It not only connects the home's circulation but also injects a sense of vitality into the space. Under the sunlight, the interplay of the staircase's form and shadows creates a dynamic tableau, akin to the pleats and layered textures found in fashion design.
“Jupe”是法文裙子的意思。房子的居住者是一位服裝設計師，對空間的需求不僅僅在於實用，更希望能營造出溫暖柔和的氛圍。考慮到屋主對美感的敏銳度，設計理念以優雅家居為核心，並巧妙結合居住與工作空間的多重需求。我們以「舞動的布料」為主題，將光線的流動與空間的連續性相結合，創造出層次豐富且極具藝術性的居住場域。旋轉樓梯為整個空間的主軸，其飄逸的曲線宛如垂墜的布料，既串聯了家庭的動線，也為空間注入靈動的氣息。在陽光的照射下，樓梯的形體與影子相互交疊，每一刻都呈現出不同的表情，猶如服裝設計中的褶皺與層次變化。
The lower level is dedicated to family living, including the living and dining areas, a master bedroom, and two children's bedrooms. The original layout of the building was preserved to maximize natural light for the living spaces. For material selection, unbleached fabric tones were chosen as the base, complemented by North American oak, silver quartzite, and black lacquered iron accents. These minimalist yet warm materials shape the overall atmosphere of the space.French poetry engraved on the walls reflects the homeowner's love for French culture, serving as a silent poetic narrative within the space.
下層空間以家庭生活為主，包含客餐廳、主臥及兩間兒童臥室，沿用了建築的原始格局，將採光最大化地留給居住空間。在選材上，選擇胚布原色作為基調，搭配北美橡木、銀彩石英石與黑色烤漆鐵件，以極簡而溫暖的材質語彙塑造整體空間。牆面上鑲嵌的法文詩句，既是業主對法國文化熱愛的展現，也是空間中無聲的詩意訴說。
The dry wood under the TV cabinet exudes a natural and rustic charm, complementing the modern black iron disc lamp on the ceiling, symbolizing that the owner continues to make breakthroughs and challenges in contemporary society while still cherishing the memories and emotions of the past. . In this intertwined space of old and new, the blend of memory and reality is perfectly balanced.
電視櫃下的乾木材散發出自然質樸的魅力，與天花板上現代感十足的黑色鐵製圓盤燈相輝映，象徵屋主在當代社會中不斷突破與挑戰的同時，依然珍視過往的記憶與情感。在這新舊交織的空間中，完美平衡了記憶與現實的交融。
The spiral staircase connecting the upper and lower floors is like a piece of dancing fabric, transforming the most familiar materials of the homeowner into concrete elements in the space. The designer combines the flow of light with the continuity of space to re-deconstruct the formal language of fabric and give it new meaning. The staircase is not only an architectural structure, but also a symbol, expressing the core values of the owner's daily work. Fabric, as the creative cornerstone of the homeowner, now carries the daily flow and connection of the family in a three-dimensional form, cleverly integrating the meaning of life into the space design, achieving a perfect balance between art and practicality.
連接上下兩層樓的旋轉樓梯宛如一塊舞動的布料，將屋主最熟悉的材質轉化為空間中的具象元素。設計師以光線的流動與空間的連續性結合，重新解構布料的形式語言，並賦予其新的意義。這座樓梯不僅是一個建築結構，更是一個象徵，展現了屋主平日工作的核心價值。布料作為屋主的創作基石，如今以立體形式承載了家庭日常的流動與連結，巧妙地將生活的意義融入空間設計中，實現了藝術與實用的完美平衡。
The upper level serves as the homeowner's creative sanctuary, where the studio and living room are adjacent to a terrace, allowing inspiration to flow freely amidst the interplay of nature and light.
“Esperer,” meaning “hope” in French, symbolizes the homeowner's dream of visiting Paris. This passion is expressed through typography and aesthetics, seamlessly embedded into the studio walls.
上層則是屋主專屬的創作天地，工作室與起居室緊鄰露臺，使創作靈感能在自然與光影的交織中自由流動。
“Esperer”是法文裡的希望 ，「前往巴黎是我的夢想。」我們將業主對法國文化的熱愛，融入了字體與美感鑲嵌在工作室的牆面上。
The crystal wall lamp at the studio entrance, a symbol of France's long-standing craftsmanship, exudes an air of elegance, sophistication, and dreamlike charm.
工作室門前的水晶壁燈，作為法國歷史悠久的工藝象徵，傳遞著優雅、品味與夢幻的氣息。
The dressing room is positioned next to the upstairs studio, serving as an extension of the workspace. It provides functionality for the homeowner to experiment with outfit coordination and material selection during the design process.
將更衣室配置於上層的工作室旁，讓更衣室也為工作室的延伸，提供屋主在設計時服裝搭配以及選材的功能。
The living room and studio are positioned next to the terrace, allowing the homeowner to look out at the view while contemplating design. This layout seamlessly integrates the interior and exterior spaces, providing ample natural light and making the surrounding landscape a source of inspiration. The interplay of light, shadow, and the changing scenery adds a dynamic atmosphere to the workspace, perfectly complementing the fluidity and innovation inherent in fashion design.
起居室與工作室緊鄰露臺，讓屋主在思考設計時能夠望向窗外的景色，將室內外空間無縫融合。這樣的布局不僅提供了充足的自然光，還能讓大自然的景觀成為創作的靈感來源。光影的變化與外界景色的交織，為工作空間增添了動態氛圍，與服裝設計的流動性和創新性相得益彰。
The master bedroom has a minimalist and relaxing atmosphere as its core, abandoning complicated decorations and excessive colors, and returning to the essence of comfort. The room design focuses on soft fabrics, warm rugs and a supportive, easy-to-sleep bed. The overall space creates a quiet and pure atmosphere, becoming a haven for homeowners in their busy lives, providing a place where both body and mind can completely relax.
主臥以極簡且放鬆的氛圍為核心，摒棄繁雜的裝飾與過多色彩，回歸舒適的本質。房間內的設計聚焦於柔軟的織品、質感溫暖的地毯以及一張支撐良好且易於入眠的床。整體空間營造出一種靜謐而純粹的氛圍，成為屋主在忙碌生活中的避風港，提供身心都能徹底放鬆的休憩之所。
